Both of the hotels we've recommended are fantastic options, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia (right next door to one another). Zach and Makenzie will be staying in a separate Airbnb, so you really can't go wrong with your choice! When booking your accommodations, please consider the timing of the ceremony. If you're traveling from out of town, we suggest arriving on Friday night, or checking with your hotel about the possibility of early check-in. There are plenty of Airbnb and hotel options in the area, so if these recommendations don’t suit you, feel free to explore!

We recommend parking at your hotel and using a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach the venue, as street parking is the only option available. Please note that there will not be a shuttle service provided between the hotels and the venue.

Our wedding will feature a buffet-style dinner. To help us make sure those with dietary restrictions have options, we’ve included an entrée preference section in your RSVP. We kindly ask that you honor your selection and only serve the entrée you chose. Once everyone is served, you are welcome to have any of the available options. Thank you for your understanding!

Although we love your kiddos, this event is 21+, so please find accommodations for the little ones!

The event will take place on two stories - the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner on the first floor and the reception on the second. There's one staircase with a handrail that goes to the second floor, and no elevator available. The courtyard is mostly cobblestone. Please take the staircase and terrain into consideration and wear supportive shoes.
